Just came from Wok n Fire. Although there was a wait time because it’s Valentine’s Day, the food and customer service made up for it. The greeter Emily was amazing! The entire staff was communicative and friendly and the food was so good and fresh! Definitely will be coming back soon.

This place has good food, we went for my dads birthday and they gave a ice cream scoop with a banana. I had the spicy Ramen soup which was good. And its awesome that this place is dine in as well.
The host is very rude, we got there to check in for a 7pm. Was checking everybody in despite being right in front of her tell her \hi we need to check in\ proceeded to skip us and ignore us telling us about a line but what line everyone was in a bunch. We're the last to be checked in. The host advised us to go to the right hand side to be seated, in a line we waited. people who had later reservation after 7 got seated first HOW DOES THAT WORK OUT. FINALLY we made it to the front of the line and the host went to the other side, asking the other couple across if they were next...... honestly it felt like a racial judgment. LIKE WHATTTTT it's 2021 shouldn't everyone be treated equally???? You're making a decent business look bad i understand it was busy but you can't hire another person to help. I can say this is the first and last time I come here. THE HOST IS RUDE and that’s on period!
The food would be reasonably good as far as lower priced Asian fare. However, there aren't any entrees under 17—and that's without meat, just noodles and vegetables. We've had better food at a much lower price point. Going here with a Groupon in the past made it more reasonable. Now it's just not a good value at all. The food needs to be a lot better to justify the price. We are unlikely to return. No problem with staff.
I feel like your paying for the atmosphere more then the food itself which is average.
