Did not read the reviews for this place before coming and that was a mistake. Brought my car in for a full alignment. Two days last one of my front lug nuts on my vehicle. Regardless of how patient and respectful you are, Carlos speaks to you in a patronizing manner and takes no accountability for the loss piece that his employee lost. Before coming here, I took my vehicle to Firestone and never had a single issue. Stay away from this place if you love your car.

Well. I went to the store, I had bought alignment and balancing at grouoon, they made balancing and fixed a nail on the tire. But the alignment was not made due to a computer problem. So I had to go back another day. To rearrange a time was not easy, but Carlos told me I could go to the store and he would manage to help me. So after almost 2 weeks, I finally got back to the store. I waited for 1 hour and service wasn't done. Just spent time and money.

I took my dodge 3500 camper van and the first time they couldn't align it due to worn suspension parts, I got it repaired and brought it back and the job was done correctly at a very reasonable price, Carlos has a knowledgeable team of employees in there.
