The \lady\ was very, very nasty. Very rude, immature, insulting and inconsiderate. Take your business elsewhere. It looks like the reviews giving them 5 stars are not legit from real customers, the real customers are the ones complaining and giving 1 star.

The manager, Betsy Teramani. She has always been so friendly and accommodating. I believe that most people stay there simply because of her personality.
A esident\ for two years. Good convenient location. Storing my stuff here has been an exhilarating experience. Highly recommended to hide your stuff that you don't want the wife/ex-wife/free loading relatives/lawyers to know about.

We had a couple questions as we packed up our units yesterday. The man in glasses who works there is unprofessional and rude. He wasn't even wearing his mask PROPERLY. He was short in response, inconsiderate, and didn't give a damn about helping confused customers. Employees at this location need monthly reviews.
