Lily, the designer was very helpful and patient. The variety in the store was great - many products at different price points. The store had a sample of the couch we saw online so we were able to try it. We were offered a very reasonable financing plan which made the purchase easier. The couch was ready earlier than promised. We asked to delay the delivery due to Covid-19 and Ethan Allen was understanding. When we requested the delivery it was scheduled quickly and was executed flawlessly. We love our couch. It is very comfortable and looks great.

Linda Tann is wonderful to work with. I love Ethan Allen and know what I want and like and have an eye for design, but when it’s your own home it’s hard to make the decision as you know there are so many choices. Linda helped me step back and not rush the process and really helps you design your home to reflect your personality and lifestyle. She has a knack for placement of furniture and accessorizing. Also, her knowledge of window treatments is priceless. Linda is always available, responds to you promptly, is very professional and you do have fun with her as your start and complete your project. I highly recommend Lisa and Ethan Allen I have never been disappointed!!!!!
