Just had maintenance and I was asked if i would like to have a car wash and I said yes of course , any dealership provides a car wash after service without asking but the car wash was horrible , my car was much cleaner before , footprints and fingerprints all over the car , it is unacceptable for Maserati dealership.

Rude staff. Called the other day interested in a car and wanted to come see it after work. The Lady on the phone, Amanda, was rude, uninterested in the sale, and seemed more concerned to let me know they close at 2 every day rather then try and sell me the car. Epitome of customer service. Had to travel to purchase my vehicle, and will be traveling for all of the service as well! STAY AWAY!

This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Lara and her team were so professional and friendly. There was no doubt that we were being treated fairly and with respect. Joanna (sp?) was so knowledgeable about the vehicle and spent time explaining all the wonderful aspects of the car. We highly recommend this dealership. Lara was the absolute best!
