Once the approvals were obtained, this team in Whippany, NJ was fast in completing the projects and delivering 2 beautiful power chairs. My family is happy!! Equipment and service much better than expected. The wheelchair is light weight, comfortable, super convenient. Carlos is the best technician when it comes to wheelchairs. He looks at it and analyzes within seconds what is wrong and how to fix it. Patti is the most compassionate and friendly person in this business we’ve ever met. They really go above and beyond to make things happen. My sister is using a customized manual wheelchair and her footrest is quite extraordinary. Carlos had to work day and night to get it made right which meant the world to us because this wheelchair is my sister’s legs and feet. She is able to be really independent with it. Also, they are very knowledgeable about all the parts of a wheelchair. It is very special to be treated like family when we enter through that door. I hope they are there for us for many years to come.
