Good place to work as long as you play the buddy system. They don't care if you or a member of your family is sick or hurt. And certain supervisors will mess with your matrix score so they don't lose you off their line and if you go to hr nothing gets done would be a better place if they fired half of management and actually hired from within the company so you don't have situations like certain lines

Within 5 years, this is my experience: A broken brand new Whirlpool fridge after 6 months of purchase; a broken oven that needed repair after 1 year, and today, the oven door just shattered in pieces after I heard a loud noise from the kitchen, almost injured the kids. Whirlpool said ot will cost me just 135 for diagnostic; the person over the phone cannot even tell me any estimate about changing an oven glass door! Apparently, le labor cost is going to be separate from buying any parts. How can I start giving money away for a cheap product when I have no idea how the final cost is going to be... I decided to buy another fridge, and it us not going to be Whirlpool! And guess what, I just returned a new Tilt-Head Stand Mixer KitchenAid that wouldn't stay in place; the head keeps on tilting and would not stay locked. After being on hold on the phone for almost 3 weeks for a return, I found out it was a Whirlpool brand family. This is horrible, I would suggest to never buy the Whirlpool brand; their products are a real nightmare and their customer service is not reliable. If you do buy from them, expect unreliable products and very long long wait periods on the phone.

Worked here a few years ago,Told the HR manager upon being hired that I couldn't work anywhere near insulation due to having asthma,on my first day there I was of course put on a line where I had to put insulation inside machines,after a week of bearing with it I went back to the same HR person to ask if I could be moved because I had already told them about my health issues, I was told that I couldn't be moved because I hadn't been there long enough,when I went to turn in my badge right after to quit the job,only then did they try to offer me a different line to work on. Don't know if it's changed in the last few years but ignoring peoples health issues is unprofessional
