Needed a new unit for a small wine cellar. Tech was very helpful with selecting correct unit. Unit has been working really good. Install was pretty straightforward. The routine maintenance is a little more than I was used too, tablets need to be dropped in every so many weeks. Other than that great product.

My unit failed just short of one year into use. I sent pictures of the installation and was told that it had not been properly installed because the door to the room it was in had a significant air gap at the bottom, and that the back side of the unit was in a small room with an HVAC unit. WhisperKool offered to repair the unit anyway so I shipped it to them and it was returned some weeks later. In the meantime, we contracted with a high-end cabinet maker to turn the room into a truly custom wine cellar, adding a door with double-pane window and sweeper seal on the bottom. The unit has been turned on for over a week and set at 58F. Most of the time when I check on it, it is not running, and the room is cool. Thank you, Cindi and Rachael!

This is my second cooler I have purchased over the last 5 years. It arrived quickly and packaged well with no damage. The install went flawlessly and is now up and running. I will say I believe the newer cooler runs quieter than the cooler I purchased a few years ago \u200d️ I would recommend this cooler to anyone wanting a great quality wine cooler!

Much quieter than my previous wine cooler. I think it runs less frequently too. It was easy to install as it was the same dimensions as the prior one.

I have been using these cooling units for over two decades in my walk-in wine cellar. The first one lasted for 6 years, the second one for 11 years, the third one for 8 years. I recently installed a 4th one; an updated model. They are workhorse, thru-wall refrigeration units that hold a constant temperature. They are solidly built and work well. My only beef is that they ought to last more than 10 years, in general.
