Well first you guys are unprofessional and put more effort into responding to a review then actually keeping us up to date with what was going on with the property we applied for. We never knew about any issues with our application until we Called. So we we're sitting around waiting for approval or denial not knowing there were issues with rental history. And in fact when I called about a week later to get an update on the status of my application the guy said I had no rental history on my application at all. Then I had to tell him to look again because there was history to verify and he said \O I see it\, and then there was a effort to verify what was already written showing the application was not properly looked over. Didn't even have the decency to inform us of these issues nor let us know of the status of the property. And it's even more unprofessional to put dates and information that apply to my confidential application on here as an effort to defend yourself. I'm not gonna call you guys racists because of that I am unsure, but your staff is damn sure unprofessional and have no integrity. We were constantly rushed off the phone and told someone was in a meeting and would call us back and that didn't happen. Reviews are to tell your story of your experience with a company. And in business a paying customer is always right. You didn't even have the decency to apologize for our experience and assure that it could definitely be a misunderstanding and try to make it right, but instead you come with dates and personal information which is again unprofessional....

Called three times, no reply. Went by the office ( only because I was going to Dollar General next door) and the 'owner' was too busy trying to get a 10 year old boy arrested for skateboarding to talk to me. I'll be using a real agency for my property needs.

If you look up the word SLUMLORDS you find White and Associates as the definition! Run don't rent from them! Even their office staff will tell you that they're incompetent and they try to keep all your deposit money!

I have been a client with Buddy White and Associates for almost 4 years and I couldn’t be happier. I love the experience of having the privacy at home. If anything breaks they come fix it the same day. My a/c went out and they came out and replaced everything and my home is so much cooler for summer. Anything I need they take care of. I’m more than satisfied with the service. Highly recommend

We have been clients for almost 5 years and have enjoyed the tenant/landlord relationship. They are quick to address a problem when I call and the turn around to get it fixed it in a very timely manner. Not only have they done A/C repair and plumbing repair but they have replaced appliances that have gone out such as the stove and the dishwasher. However, it doesn't stop there!!! They have also come and removed squirrels out of the attic! I would highly recommend Buddy and his crew if any one is looking to lease a property! They make the leasing experience an easy and affordable one!
