I have known Bil Rust since the early 1980's. He did my architectural work for a national chain of restaurants I built in MN. Recently I hired his firm to do a survey of the physical condition of an office/mfg bldg I own in the MPS market. He did an outstanding job and does followups as required. I highly recommend his services.
