These folks exceeded my expectations and really helped us out when we were in a pinch. My company had never used HD Supply but we were looking for a very specific cleaner which is not carried by many supply places. I was lucky to get Mac on the phone who went \above and beyond\ any experience I have ever had with a supply house especially considering we were not regular customers. Because of this we are looking at their catalogue to see if we can't do more business with them. Companies like this one deserve to get our business. Thanks guys for your consideration and concern. Very rude branch manager. Went today to look for a industrial grade siliconized caulk and unfortunately the branch manager (he has a tag to identify him) was in very bad mood asking me what kind of product I wanted. I explain to him I didn’t have any specific instructions only a note from the engineer that says “to repair cracks on concrete use industrial siliconized caulk”. In a very rude words he told me they didn’t have anything to sell because I had to be more specific and if I didn’t know what I’m buying I should stay home
