We got her to pick up a load at 2 about. The people seemed confused about the load because the numbers from broker was wrong and they wanted to make sure the reefer can hold a dry load and wouldn’t be overweight, which it wouldn’t. We can still hold a 44,000 lb load. Was wierd but after an hr and a half we were leaving so I was happy !

Came here to pick up a load. Everybody seemed friendly enough, and since they have a sign saying they stop loading at 2:00pm, I figured it would go quickly. I went from a great mood when I arrived to a pretty foul mood 4 hours later. When I arrived at 11:30, I was told by a nice lady that I could pull in the door once one of the drivers left. She said they take a lunch break after they are finished loading the one. They didn’t finish until about 2. It’s now 3:30 and they are still not done. I have no idea why. There are two trucks waiting after me and at this rate they will be here till the evening hours. I probably wouldn’t be as angry, but this is my load home. I couldn’t have been home by noon, but instead I’m wasting my whole day without getting paid much at all.

Super slow loading. They seem like not moving at all.
I went to pic up load wait 5 hour after they reject my trailer my trailer 2019 very clean.

Came at 11,for 1 pm appointment ,start load at 3.10 ,finish at 4....
