I love this particular WHBM. I have been to several and the customer service can vary so much. Right now, this store has a great team. It is always fun to shop here as they suggest items and jewelry that I never would have tried but ends up looking great. They have helped me build a better wardrobe. Prices are pretty good too if you learn when and how items go on sale! You just have to pay attention for some months and you will catch on.

Racks are impossible to shop (similar to TJ Maxx clutter) and the staff REALLY needs to find another line other than “so are you looking for work, dressy or casual?” OMG you said it to me and every other lady that walked in and none of us answered using your multiple choice question. The same girl (Manager) said it to me two days in a row like a robot.

I love the clothes here, everything I've purchased is high quality and lasts a long time. The sales people do a really good job recommending different styles and sizes to make sure you get something that looks really great on you!!! I'm so excited they just got petite sizes in the store and they can order anything for you if it isn't in stock.

Love their clothes... take my advice and either go to another location or buy on the website. They must work on commission because the staff are like sharks circling. They try to get you to buy anything and everything whether it is flattering or not. If you have a return they treat you like the scene from Pretty Woman with complete disdain. I have spent thousands at WHBM and I will never step into this store again if I can help it.

Not big on shopping, but my daughter needed a white dress and this place had many to choose from and the service from their staff was great at helping us get the right dress for the occassion.
