I had a horrible experience this afternoon at Aventura Store. I went to exchange a size on a gift I was given and was treated poorly by Luz and the manager of the store which gave me a hard time first finding the account and when she finally found it she wanted me to pay taxes on the exchange. I wouldn't have mind to pay the taxes if the attitude wasn't so bad from the beginning but it was a horrible experience over all, and I had to pay the taxes regardless to be able to keep the right size top and to finally leave the store. I would not recommend this location due to its poor customer service and management.

Had SO MUCH fun shopping at this store. In addition to so many GREAT CLOTHES that fit really, really well, I received super service from the sales staff. Dahlia was so attentive and got me all the sizes I needed and brought me lots of additional clothing items to try that I didn't see at first. It was such a pleasant experience -- plus I came out of there with some fabulous additions to my wardrobe at really good prices!!!! I got some very nice jeans that fit well and were priced very reasonably. Plus, I got some sweaters that look and feel good and tops and blouses that are flattering and comfortable to wear. I will be going back every time I need a boost in my attire. Thank you ladies!!!
