Kylie, Kelly, Tia, Matthew and Brandy are a FANTASTIC team and I sincerely enjoy and appreciate their customer service. I also feel pike I'm shopping with friends and they are good shopping company! A little retail therapy has been helpful through the pandemic and I've been so happy they are the team at my local WHBM. Lots of awesome styles this year and by far and away my favorite store!!

I love White House Black Market! It's a store that I use to frequent quite a bit when I was a lot smaller . Recently, I had the pleasure of browsing in the Annapolis location (great store in the middle of downtown Annapolis) and was pleasantly surprised to discover that they had plus sizes for us curvy women. I was so excited that I went on a shopping spree with all their fabulous selections. The customer service at both locations was superb! They went out their way to answers questions and bring me matching pieces. I was totally satisfied with the service, products, and locations being in the center of restaurants and activities.

I have never felt so uncomfortable and disrespected in a store. Kylie, the store manager, is rude, unprofessional, catty and fake. Do not take her at face value - she makes comments like "It's a mess in here" when you leave the dressing room and she does not get any sales from you, she judges women by calling people names as they shop, she has also said "find clothes that cover her arms" to make someone feel self conscious as they try things on. This girl clearly needs to find a new job because customer service is not her thing. I will never return to this store again.

you guys need to go check that store out it is a wonderful store the best or you could ever want to walk into the close is nice the quality is nice it's an investment that you can pass on to one of your kids and nieces or your aunt or Mom or grandmother wonderful store you guys you ladies have to check it out I buy from the store or the time so you guys need to check it out wonderful

Loooovvve them!! I showed up 20 min before closing and I walked out 1.5 hrs later... with a beautiful dress, shoes, etc!! They were wonderful

Very helpful and friendly salespeople. I needed a dress for a wedding and they have a lovely selection. Got one on sale at a great deal. I'll definitely be back.

The Sunday staff here is great! We had fun trying on dresses for an event and they made what is usually a stressful shopping experience very fun! Also, it's a larger store and much better selection (especially compared to Pentagon City).
