Love the clothes, most staff is knowledgable and friendly. If you see two young girls working together, turn around and walk out. They don't understand customer service and have no idea what an inseam length is or how to look it up when the website has it clearly posted for each item.

I just saw the poor review from a year ago and had to write my own. I've been shopping at this location for years and I love it. It's my favorite WHBM. The sales staff are always ready to help me ... and they do. A lot. I have no fashion sense of my own and they dress me all the time. I can't live without them. Too bad the previous review had a bad experience. I never have.

The whbm on Wyoming Blvd in Albuquerque nm is the most unprofessional staff I have ever come across. There are one or two who were pleasant. I had an incident when my wife and I went in to return something she purchase online. They were basically tell her she wore a blouse she was trying to return! The tags were attached and the top was in the bag in was shipped in. My wife does not wear clothing and return it , and for these poor excuses for whbm workers to assume different really ticked me off. She has been shopping with whbm for many years now and to be treated this way was appalling. One of the workers by the name of Matt was unbelievable. His rudeness was more than we could take. We left with our return and will take this up with the higher ups. Staff like this make good customers not want to shop here anymore. Whbm, please have higher standards in who you employ to represent your company. This group will definitely put you out of business if something isn't done. We will now shop elsewhere.
