The initial impression here is that the staff are overly ambitious. The reality is that they're really great at their jobs. The prices seem high until you realize the great sales they have. I had to buy a black dress in a hurry. I was about to leave when Chris stopped me, actually found 2 great dresses and gave me an honest appraisal of how they looked. In the meantime, my daughter was shown shoes and we bought her a pair of 200 boots for 20. Stop in and let them do their thing!

This company does not stand behind the product it sells. BUYER BEWARE 1 week past return/exchange window, had a size problem with a pair of pants. I had receipt, would not let me exchange for a different size. White House Black Market customer service is a joke. I used to love the store and spent a lot of here, but many other good stores here that have outstanding customer service, and would make the customer happy, instead of trying to sell them another pair.
