This is by far the best customer service store in Durham that I have ever shopped at. The ladies that work there, work themselves to death to bring you items in the dressing room that you might like to try on. They are always helpful, kind and friendly every time I go into the store. If they don't have you size they will order it. If you need to hold an item a day they will do it. They go out of there way to serve you. Its always a great experience every time I shop there.

They have the worst customer service. Been to the store 2x this year around 5 pm on a Sunday. All associates are at the cashier which is located at the back talking about their personal stuff. None of them bothered to say or acknowledge my presence ( I'm the only customer in the store at that time)or offered help. Employees like these are not worth keeping, very bad for business especially for a store that has a good quality reputation.
