Went in tonight to return an online order. I frequently shop this location. Manager was nice until she realized she wasn’t getting a sale from me. At that point I was criticized about my mask and it wasn’t high enough for her although it was to my nose. Your not Dr. Fauci, do what you do and that is sell clothes.

Expensive considering the quality, but they hold their staff to a high standard and really try to spend time with most of their customers. Unfortunately when I came in to shop with my teenage sister who is transgender, with long hair and ladies clothing, the manager Rachel who was working the floor asked her to wait out front while I tried on my clothes. Her intention had been to try on clothes with me. My sister was humiliated, and although she has some masculine features I wish they would have recognized that she was just as much of a woman as anyone else in the store. She came in women's clothing to buy women's clothing. If you run a women's boutique then you should take the time to assess how each woman chooses to present herself and help her feel like the princess she wants to be.

I was referred to Almira and I have never been inside of the store ever! I didn't know what to expect, I am not a shopper and I never know what looks good on me. I told Almira that I needed work clothes and some outfits for my engagement photos! But didn't want to really shop today! I just wanted her to get my size and keep me in mind for future sales and deals. She greeted me with a smile asked me my size and went straight to work. She had picked several pieces that I would have ever picked for myself. She was spot on. My fiance was with me, and you know how men can be while we shop. However Almira engaged him and asked his input and he was happy with every outfit. I didn't plan on spending a lot of money but just come in to see the store and get maybe 1 outfit. Needless to say I left with several work outfits and accessories and shoes and jackets! I am pleased. And my fiance is so thrilled he only wants me shopping there. We will be calling Almira all the time and driving from Zebulon to Morrisville just to shop. And that 40% off helped a lot on the budget. Thanks WHBM for a wonderful shopping experience! I loved every minute.
