My husband and I went into Time for Blinds today, and we were greeted by Myles Andrews who could not have been more helpful. We spent about an hour and a half with him, and he was very knowledgeable about the products that Hunter Douglas provides. Myles showed us the different available products and explained each very well. He was friendly and accommodating, offering helpful suggestions when asked and represented the company very well.

I was directed to Time for Blinds by Hunter Douglas for a warranty claim. You must go through one of their dealers. My blinds are old, but the failure was delamination, which is covered by a lifetime warranty. The owner said that the failure was clearly sun damage (due to her experience) and there was nothing she could do. Sun damage would cause failure of the fabric, making it brittle. The failure here was the glue connecting the honeycomb cells together. I left this store, contacted Hunter Douglas, was directed to a different store. This store also gave me the story of sun damage, but was willing to send the product to Hunter Douglas for inspection. (I had already sent photos to Hunter Douglas and they admitted it appeared to be delamination). The other store also helped me select the correct replacement blind if I was given a replacement as my blind was no longer available. I received my warranty replacement blind today. Time for Blinds failed to do their job as a service center and send the blind in for inspection.
Disappointing. I scheduled an appointment and the sales lady didn't make it due to a medical emergency. I rescheduled and again did not make it due to a family emergency. No call from Time for Blinds for the second emergency she had. After waiting an hour for her to show, I tried calling several times to find out where she was. The guy who answered the phone claimed they left me a message. No you did not. Apparently they simply do not want my business. Maybe because I was only looking to get one blind? I will take my business some place else.
We primarily use them for cleaning our office blinds. We have had an occasional repair and it's complete correctly and quickly. I don't have a lot of experience with a new blind purchase but it seems competitive and a quality product. The showroom is nice and it's easy to find.
Super helpful very well laid out showroom. I would definitely recommend them.
