We hired this firm to build a new lower-grade stairway (12 stairs rather than the previously existing 10) from our second-floor deck with a landing halfway down to make it easier for our aging dogs to handle running between the deck and the yard, and also to enjoy the view of the street from the extended landing. The team was extremely professional, promising the start of the job conservatively but over-delivering in terms of start time and completion. The agreed-to contract was supported by design drawings and an accurate cost estimate. Extremely solid high quality construction, materials and attractive final appearance. The installation team was fabulous - no nonsense, knowledgeable, highly skilled, got the work done efficiently, while being pleasant to interact with. And the management supervision was on sight and supportive, inspecting the work while in progress and again when completed, actually increasing the efficiency of the job by running out for materials when something needed to be changed at one point - in other words, both efficient and flexible at no additional cost. The job was started a month earlier than we had anticipated, and completed on schedule within the anticipated time frame. We'd hire them again without hesitation, and recommend them highly with confidence.

Creative took down our existing deck saved our patio ceiling underneath and put up a beautiful new deck. The two gentlemen that did 99% of the work were professional, conscientious, and knowledgeable. They put pride of work and high work ethic into the project. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

They did a great job! With a focus on decks and fencing they are experts! Our deck came out great with high quality craftsmanship done ins timely manner! Office was great and crew was friendly and helpful!
