I found this place and Diane because I was making masks for patients in the VA. I have been almost everyday since I found it. Diane is very knowledgeable and helpful. The customer service is A1 and at a time when sewing supplies in general are scarce they have had almost everything I’ve needed.

Diane and Butch are the best. I took a very old machine to the shop for repair. Diane repaired it without fee, ordered the needles and gave me an instruction book. This is the best place for repairs. Even though I live an hour away, I will make the trip. Thank you.

I thought my sewing machine was broken. I called, Diane said bring it in we will look at it. Needless to say, it was \in between the ears error\. I enjoyed their company so much I signed up for a sewing project with them. They are excellent teachers and supporters!!!! I plan to do more projects. Thank you ladies especially Chris... I love my bag!!!
