We just recently had a Rinnai heating system installed and a our oil tank replaced at our Conway home by Dan, Donny, and Mike. They really jumped through hoops to get this job done quickly- our old tank would not pass inspection and would not be refilled. We were quickly running low on oil and Mike reached out on multiple occasions before their scheduled work day to remind us to check the oil and to make sure we still had heat. Now, we've got an old house and narrow basement stairs so the project was cumbersome at best. Not to mention the snow and sleet that these men had to work in. All three men did it with smiles on their faces, chatting and joking with us as they worked. Their customer service skills are unparalleled and their prices are competitive. We use WMO&P for another property we have in Jackson and we are so thankful for the relationship we have with them. Thanks for keeping me warm White Mt. Oil! 10/10 would recommend

You really don't find companies like White Mountain Oil and Propane anymore. We recently purchased a property in the White Mountains area and did not want to use one of the national chains as it is rare you get to speak to someone local, and typically get bounced around the telephone until you find the person you need to speak to. This is not the case with this company. You call and you get to speak to a real live human in the White Mountains area in a matter of seconds! After our initial contact with the company, we had White Mountain Oil and Propane install 2 heating units, install and underground propane tank, and install a propane fireplace. They showed up on time, completed everything they said they would, and came in at the exact amount that they provided in the estimate. In addition I can't say enough about how great Don and Ellen are at this company. They are truly a dynamic duo! We had a small problem with our thermostat and I contacted Ellen about it...and then Don came over on his day off to take care of it! They are truly customer-focused and dedicated to delivering fantastic service and I can't say enough great things about them and the company. I highly recommend this company!
