This company is incredible to work with. From sales to service to rentals. I have dealt with other dealers in our area and hands down would not do business with anyone other than them. They are small enough to be good communicators and large enough to have the inventory and service techs you would expect from a huge corporation. I have rented, purchased, had warranty work, insurance work and service done - it is impressive how they operate. We had sworn off of Kubota forever - the dealer makes the difference. As large as they are, we get consistent communication.

Love Kubota! Purchased at White Oak Equipment in Suffolk,Va. Best purchasing experience I've had. Strongly recommend these guys! Knowledgeable about theirs and others equipment (honest with comparing) as well as willing to listen to your needs without pushing you towards a product you don't need. Thank you for helping! We will be returning to you for all our future farming needs as we grow! You guys are ROCK STARS in customer service! (side note: went to John Deere at James river equipment first to ask about their equipment and compare - John Deere mowers had good reviews-...we were never helped. Well we had one lady approach my husband and I with a business card and said to call- When we did no one answered-. We waited a while and looked at equipment on site in hopes to be assisted at some point because we knew already what we wanted... Finally gave up and left. I understand companies get busy, but at least the woman could have put forth a better effort and taken note of our questions and contact info so she could have forward it to someone with knowledge if she had little in the subject.)

I tried to purchase a TL8 skid steer and emailed and called several times to the sales person with no reply I went and purchase a kubota from a different dealer and the sale went smooth and did not take any time.

I've always received quick, attentive & friendly service from the people in this store. It's a great place to go "kick tires". They also service what they sell- an increasingly rare trait these days.

Tried to purchase backhoe attachment for my Kubota tractor. Two weeks now, and no word from them. I was told it would take 3-4 days to get it in, and they would mount it within a day or two. I called after a week, and was told they would call me right back after finding out status of backhoe. No calls, emails or anything from sales staff. They must have enough business without mine.

tablets. Expensive equipment . The lowest priced kubota there is close to 4 thousand dollars , and it comes with a cheap Kohler engine. For a top of the line kubota, you're looking at 15 to 20 thousand with a kubota diesel engine. But they are excellent tractors . They will last your lifetime and then some .

I took my Chainsaw in 2 weeks ago. They guy behind the counter was super friendly and helpful...BUT... I haven't heard a word since, in 2 weeks! They haven't called me about the status of the saw, how much it will cost to repair, or when it would be done. I have called them no less than 3 additional times asking for an update and NEVER a call back. Shame, the guy was super nice but the admin side of the business is making me wonder if I should buy my riding mower and tractor elsewhere. I'll update this negative review if they ever make good. UPDATED: Gave 4 stars: No they never called me back, but the guys behind the counter are so stellar it really doesn't matter, just be a normal person an go do business face to face and you'll be happy. They showed me the guts of my saw and what was broken, and we talked about all of the options withough feeling pressured to go a certain way of repair vs buying a replacement etc. I am really sad about my Chainsaw...catastrophically broken or est. 400 in repairs. However, they offered to set me up with a new powerhead and even credit me back the price of the bar and chain so I could run my ones off of my old saw still. Plus a 10% discount toward the new saw for having the old one diagnosed in the shop. Seems pretty decent. My rating went from 2 stars to 4 stars.
