I wanted to share my experience today with the service department. Yesterday I called Steve, the service manager and told him that I had an issue with my Giulia. His response was o problem\ I will pick it up in the morning. He picked it up fixed the problem, detailed the car , and brought it back home. It was all covered by the warranty. The easiest thing I did all year. Thank you Steve and Alfa White Plains. BTW to add a little more context, I bought my car at a different dealership two years ago and never heard from them after I drove off the lot. You guys have earned my business.

We had the most amazing experience at Alfa Romeo. Jennifer DelVino, our sales person, made our experience so amazing at the white plains office. We leased this car on a whim but it was her sweet and gentle personality that won us over. She did everything she could to make us comfortable and happy and left no questions unanswered. I wish every salesperson in the car world took a page out of her book. Our Stelvio is so much fun to drive. Now that we are a couple of months into our lease.... if we have any questions, Jennifer never blows us off... she’s always so pleasant and cheerful and is still giving us excellent service. I recently drove off the lot with my first Alfa Romeo which I can already forsee will not be my last. My experience here was absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked into the dealership, to the minute i drove off the lot, the quality of service blew most other dealerships out of the water.
