I would literally never recommend this place to anyone in white plains. There are so many better options with better customer service to go to. Not only did they NOT have my shirt dry cleaned on time, they did not call me. I went to pick it up on the day of an event and was told it was not done yet - but that I could pick it up in their facility in Thornwood (almost half an hour drive). I was offered no discount and had to buy a new shirt. When I went to get my shirt a week later, I wasn’t even offered a discount. Only after expressing how unbelievable it was that I was expected to pay full price did they offer me a small discount. Horrible customer service. Will be going to ANY other dry cleaner in white plains.
