Took almost 3 months to change oil on my motorcycle. I had to hound them constantly to finish. When I picked up the bike, the headlights were disconnected and the check-engine light was on. Don't use their service department, it's bad news.

The pleasure of having a local motorcycle shop! The staffs was incredibly nice and helpful. I needed some small mechanical work done and a lot of shops would have turn me away because they operate more like a car dealership. But not GRD, they took care my issues gave me a small discount. Coming back for sure. The only down size is they are a small shop, so if you are looking for something they not carry it and you might have to wait a few days.

I have been going to GRD cycle for a few years now. Never had a bad experience. The service department is exceptional. Anytime I call to see if it's a good time to come they always let me know. I've had a couple of my bikes MD inspected and they were completely honest. Highly recommend them.

Friendly staff doesn't make up for crappy service. I was told it would take a couple of days to get a diagnostic when I dropped my bike off, but went a week with no word from the service dept. I called the following week and was told the same thing. Many phone calls and a month later, I showed up to get a status. The dance began again once I simply asked for my bike back. The service manager told me they don't have time to call people and give a status, things get backed up and its not there fault, if I leave it the job will be done in \a couple of days\. These by definition are customer service! Long story short, the bike looked as if it hadn't been touched, the battery was dead, and they charged me for an hour of labor that I intend to fight. I would hope that no one else would be duped by this crew of uncertified mechanics who seem to want to get you in the door then offer the terrible customer service. Especially when there is a great shop less than a mile away. A whole month of the riding season gone! Don't make the same mistake!
