I was in the way to Connecticut in the bus was complete full they forget we still have a pandemic and they don’t care about people life’s. No social distance and you feel unsecured . Please do something about it. Thank you

The bus was completely packed and there was no effort to social distance, so I will have to get a COVID test after I get off the bus. Also, there was no mention of a stop in Hartford, Connecticut when I booked the ticket, but when I boarded they said we would be making a stop which extended the trip time. Never using Greyhound again.
These people make way too much money to be treating anyone is horrible as they do every bus is consistently late.. not to mention half of the bus smells like the inside of the dirtiest restroom you've ever seen or smelled.. I've been to zoos that smell better then this bus
So I'm on this bus 86143 going local from New York New York to Boston, Ma. Why is it that greyhound do not supervise their driver more like this particular bus driver is very disrespectful arguing with a customer and threatening to not let me get on the bus even though my ticket is valid instead the driver wants to take upon themselves to deny me getting on the bus and take the next one. No that's not what I paid for and your only job is to drive that bus to pick up passengers and drop off at their location. Why these driver's choose to take on this kind of task if they can't handle it it's beyond me but someone ought to look into this particular driver before someone gets hurt.
