Nice place, but they charge full retail and don't discount. I have bought a Cartier and a JLC from authorized dealers and gotten 20-25% off retail. I went to Omega boutique and they wanted 5800 for the Speedmaster. I wound up buying it for 3500 on Jomashop brand spanking new with case, straps, etc, and it is absolutely perfect. Same exact watch!

The service at the Omega Boutique in White Plains is second to none. I have purchased both the Seamaster Professional 300m James Bond Commander edition, and the Seamaster Professional 300m NoTime To Die edition, which I cannot wait for said watch to adorn my wrist. I also have been in the store to have my other Omega watches sized, which have been done both quickly and efficiently. In a casual conversation with the Store Manager about James Bond, I am a super fan, he added me to the list for a prescreening of No Time To Die. I was speechless, that from a single conversation, he would do that for me. If you want great service, if you want excellent follow through, if you want people who care about their products, go to the Omega Boutique in White Plains for all your Omega watch needs.

The Omega boutique had a really awesome assortment of Omega watches, but the sales people leave a little to be desired

They're always extremely professional I'm very enjoyable people to talk to. They know what they sell cuz it's on the back of their hands. They restored my 1960 seamaster DeVille to perfect condition in a very short amount of time for a very reasonable cost. It took no more than three and a half months and some of the parts were even made biomega Switzerland which is what I love. If they don't have the parts in stock they'll make you one. I really can't say enough good things about this store specifically as well as the company itself.
