Great experience, friendly gallery staff. This is NOT a sales location - they cannot answer finance/lease questions. Mount Kisco is the nearest dealership. Overall, it's a great location for testing a Tesla on the road and see the options/configurations.

This is bar none the best place to purchase any of Tesla's phenomenal products. Staff is exceptional, very polite and welcoming. There is no pressure and it is an amazing experience. Tesla Westchester also has great staff on the energy side. Very helpful!

This store is small and quaint. The cars and the show and floor are beautiful. There is not a great deal of selection on the showroom floor but that's not too much of an issue. All the written pamphlets and paraphernalia so the car are top notch. The sales people were very nice and accommodating. I was in the store many years ago when they 1st opened. I return today in pure coincidence. I must admit I was impressed as much today as I was the 1st time I was here. I would recommend testing driving a Tesla. It is certainly the wave of the future. Let these gentlemen set up a time for you so you can test drive one but get all the information 1st. These cars are our future. So if you're in the market for a Tesla, you can find a showroom at the Westchester.

Customer service needs work.. Off putting and lazy also condescending when answering questions. Get employees to own the car they sale so they can talk about it with experience. I like tesla but man they need to get it together when it come to their employees...

I recently leased a Tesla and it was a breeze all thanks to Annie, arguably the best salesperson I’ve come across in a long time. Annie was personable, knowledgeable, funny, and detail oriented. It was clear she is passionate about her job and eager to help the customer choose the model of Tesla that best suits their lifestyle and budget. Usually leasing a car is a stressful process where you are constantly worried they are trying to rip you off to help their own bottom line, but my experience at Tesla was the complete opposite—all because of Annie. I knew she had my best interests in mind, which made me feel confident that I was making the right decision. When I asked her why she chose to work at Tesla, she responded, “My goal is simply to help people.” Can you get a better answer than that? I think not. I hope Tesla realizes how lucky they are to have HER and either gives her a raise or a promotion because her professionalism deserves nothing less. Clearly, to say I was beyond impressed would be an understatement.
