The Arena has been great throughout COVID, always being kept clean and there are boxes on the ground that only one person can be in at a time to ensure social distancing. It is also never crowded to a point where I would feel unsafe. You make an appointment online to make sure there is space for you to enforce this. I've never had a problem scheduling an appointment. 10/10 would recommend, especially during these times!

I only work out with a personal trainer in the pt room but she’s top notch called Hideka. The facility is great and the attention is great. I am improving and I am older so it is helpful to have this place in my life. Wheelchair accessible. Clean facility. Close to highway. They have special activities for special needs kids.

Great gym and amazing personal trainers. The staff at The Arena really care about helping you achieve your fitness and health goals. They don't use any gimmicks or unhealthy methods. They really get to know you and your body and they come up with a plan that is safe, effective and customized just for you. I'm living proof of the gym's success, I lost 100 pounds in a little over 6 months but listening to my trainers and working hard. If you want to lose weight and feel healthier, contact the Arena.
