I love this place. I needed a replacement N20 replacement piece and they had it for the same price as my usual online supplier. They also have so many cool things from knee braces to orthotic shoes and inserts, electric wheel chairs and scooters, water free shampoo. Seemed like they have everything, and the gentleman who helped me couldn’t have been more helpful and good natured.

Worst experience with so called expert Valerie who took supposedly custom measurements for customized wheelchair only to have everything reversed when chair was delivered. Almost 3 years later and I can barely sit in the chair for too long without searing pain. 5K wasted and I can’t afford a new chair! Others tried to rectify but Valerie wars the root problem and then copped a condescending attitude. I think I know my body after some 50 years more than she does. Do not trust Valerie or anyone else.

I just drove 52 miles to pick up an item I was told was in stock. Though they are open until 6:00, I was told to get support with insurance, I would need to be in store by 12:00. I took a day off work, drove over an hour and they do NOT have the item. They completely lied. They are so unorganized, they have zero idea what they have. They also don’t really understand English. The heavy accented woman is atrocious. No apology, no compassion, no empathy for all I’ve gone through to patronize their store. Just “ LOOK LADY I didn’t take your call”! This place is awful. Why would anyone bother to walk in the door. Do yourself a favor and order what you want online. This place will be closing soon.

I went in to rent a knee walker, since I have a foot fracture. I was helped right away by a friendly young lady (I think her name was Sabina) who answered all my questions in a polite, professional manner. She helped me to select the knee walker/scooter that worked best for me and had me try it out in the store. Overall, I was impressed with how well I was treated during my visit; besides the friendly staff member, the owner also came over and asked if I needed help. I highly recommend this business.
