Purchased a refrigerator here. Was delivered today (4-10-19) and was immediately inoperable out of the box. Their sales person would not address the matter and said it was a warranty claim. I truly expected more from a local company. I expected to hear, \We're sorry we delivered a faulty refrigerator to you and we will take care of getting it fixed.\ Unreal and frustrating. The sales person didn't even say, \I'm sorry.\ I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Personal attention in a small store w lots to offer. Everything from heating to AC to appliances and tools .
Bought a Speedqueen washer from them but regret it 100%. Blodgett does not hook up or service or take responsibility for any appliance they sell. When I told them the washer is defective (after 1 week!) I was told to contact Speedqueen. I will NEVER go back there or recommend them to anyone.
