I highly recommend White Sail Realty for any rental service. We stayed in Groundswell Unit B I’ve rented homes all over and White Sail goes beyond with the service they provide. I was looking for a rental for my anniversary and was having trouble due to Covid-19. White sail responded quickly to my request and I was able to spend my anniversary in a beach front home. The place was amazing and clean, it had everything you need for a beach getaway, no need to bring anything, they even had beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a few beach games. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cups, pots and even a blender for a morning smoothie, the place also had a BBQ grill which was the cherry on top especially grilling with an amazing view of the park and beach in the background. Place had a reserved parking spot and everything is within walking distance including restaurants, retail stores, bars, balboa pier and even bike and scooter rentals. Thank you for an amazing weekend and for thinking of all the little details including the bucket with a beach ball and a sand shovel. The most amazing part was the door lock, it had a key code lock so you don’t have to worry about keys. Thank you Pam & Lori you made it super easy.

Lori Palma was the very best at setting us up for my boyfriends 50th weekend celebration, from start to finish she helped us find the perfect location and guided us through the process. It was our first time at the \stay-cation\ experience at the beach and Lori was fantastic. Thank you Lori and we look forward to next year when we will bring more of our relatives and friends to share in the experience.
The booking process could not have gone smoother. Lori was able to find the perfect unit for my son, daughter-in-law and their two young children. It is on the boardwalk like we wanted with a playground right outside, and also near the Fun Zone and ferry to Balboa Island. Once we knew the exact dates we were able to book directly online and speak with her the next day to confirm the booking. Thank you Lori!
My boyfriend and I rented this place out for a few days and it was amazing. A perfect combo of comfort and style inside and out. We loved that the kitchen had dishes and there is a grocery store less than 5 minutes away so we were able to make a several meals there which was so nice. Honestly after a few days I forgot we didn’t live there because we had both become so comfortable there. Definitely can’t wait to spend another week here!!! We also love how close you are to the beach!!! An all around excellent place to vacation!!!
We stayed at 304 E Oceanfront. The location is perfect. Direct beach access from the rear patio. The house recently underwent a complete remodel and is beautiful. From the hardwood and tile floors to the comfortable furnishings both inside and outside the attention to detail was very evident. The open floor plan allows for good views from anywhere on the ground floor. High end appliances round out a very workable kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor each with it's own bath. The master bedroom is incredible. It is large, bright and airy with an extremely comfortable bed and a working gas fireplace. The master bathroom is right out of HGTV. It has a large spa tub and a large shower with a rain head and body spray. The people of White Sail took care of every detail. Calls were answered promptly questions and problems were dealt with immediately. There was a problem with the oven not heating and they had a repairman there in Friday afternoon and he came back with the new part on Saturday and the oven was repaired. The entire White Sail team is professional and no detail too small. Thank you all. I almost forgot about the 2 car garage. It is an absolute godsend.with the limited parking available.
