The buying process was straight forward and good. However, after picking up my new aviator I’ve been faced with problem after problem. It started with picking up my car without speaker covers which came in 2 months later. Then at 3 months my engine sensor failed. It simulated a blown engine which left me stranded on the freeway. After my car was in the shop for a month, a month later I had another engine sensor problem. My car was in the shop yet again. Both times my car was in their possession for 3-4 weeks. I had to call dealerships out of the state to find parts for them. The communication or lack there of was very disappointing. Fast forward a few months and my reverse camera and sensors went out. All were replaced and Lincoln decided to do a good faith review on my car. They weren’t able to find a consistent problem??? Since then, the sensors have gone out again, the front seat has fallen apart, the main screen was black for hours, the AC was blowing warm air, and a plastic panel was broken. I was hoping the service this round would improve with their new service manager but 4 weeks in the shop again with a week of no communication. I picked up my car and the AC is still not working. I’ve made an appointment to go back but the wait is 2 weeks. Overall the quality of the car is less than “luxury” and the service is the worst I’ve even seen. Everyone is very polite but the problems are reoccurring and the communication is nonexistent.
