Was staying in Lower Matecumbe for a couple of days and didn't have the luxury of awaiting on a bait and tackle shop to open at 0800 like everyone else in keys, and treat you like you are not paying for their services or products. Got my bait at 0635 and some tackle, from this store and even got some nice pointers on what to target and where that day. The short interactions with Capt B made up for the bad experiences with other shop owners in the area that weekend. She is outstanding. Awesome customer care skills, and great selection. If you have trouble finding her shop, it is located at the dock behind Mr Lobster.
