I always get first class service from Atlantic Tractor. I go there a few times a year for parts and new equipment. They do a large volume of business, and still manage to remember me, even when its been months since my last visit. Brian Marcinko is my saleperson, who I have been dealing with exclusively since 2017. His detailed knowledge is second to none. He is quick with specifications and recommendations that always fit my situation. Whenever I have any issues, they go above and beyond to help me, the customer. I will be a lifelong customer.

Rick Enfield worked with my husband to buy a commercial John Deere zero turn mower that had everything on it he wanted. It wasn't at his store so he got one in for him, he's adding a light bar to it & he's delivering it to us this week. He came in after hours to do the paperwork to accommodate us & gave us both John Deere hats. He was absolutely great! We were already Atlantic Tractor customers for their Stihl products. We will be lifelong customers. They really know how to take care of you at Atlantic Tractor!!
Called them up. The guy was knowledgeable. Not some kid at the parts counter if you know what I mean. Will return, wholeheartedly recommend.
Today, a driver was delivering a piece of equipment to my neighbor. He decided to park in THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD and traffic could not get by. I have a picture and it's on my dash camera as well. HE REFUSED TO MOVE WHEN I ASKED HIM. The company doesn't seem to care either. DON'T BUY FROM John Deere. THERE ARE BETTER TRACTORS AND EQUIPMENT OUT THERE
Great showroom and sales group but needs to work on customer relations in service and parts. They have everything you need Green!
