Great experience. Great hours. I called ahead to see if they carried furnace parts. I went to several other providers, none of which would sell to the public. The last place I stopped recommended V & V Appliance. I brought in a picture of the part to make sure I could communicate my exact needs. BOOM! Got the part on a Saturday, mid morning. Good to go. They guy even offered to test the old part to make sure it needed to be replaced (and was causing the problem). Only thing is, I did not bring the old part with me, just a picture of the part. "No problem, just bring the old part in BEFORE you install the new... just to be sure (if you want to). I decide just to replace the old part. Great service. Thanks so much.
I went into buy a 112 Dollar motor assuming I knew the problem. During checkout I casually mentioned the problem of the loud clanging that I assumed were blown bearings On the motor. The gentleman asked me if I had checked the blower fan? I had not. He told me I may want to check that before I buy the motor. I bought the belt and wheel kit because I already knew he was right and that he had just saved me a lot of effort. Fantastic business that I will repeat as much as necessary. They have my loyalty. Btw, once I checked the fan it was a little ikea pencil jammed between the fan and the metal! Thanks again!

Staff was rude and in accommodating, apparently whirlpool doesn’t have a phone and this company is unable to check on the status of a part, this is part of the reason retail is dead, avoid these guys, I got my part in 2 days online when they had no answers and couldn’t make a phone call for me. Zero accountability, save yourself the hassle
This place is awesome. Inducer fan wheel stripped out on our furnace and we lost heat today. This was the only place in Columbus that had the part and was nice that it was cheaper than online stores like amazon. Thanks to them we have heat again instead of having to wait until 5 days on shipping since Monday's a holiday. Would recomend to everyone, just call and ask about parts. They had mine waiting when I got there and I was in and out. Will be using them again for all future purchases, especially since I saw they had my fridge water filters no one else carries locally.
