I’ve purchased several products from WS and spent a great deal of money on their products. On 12/22 we purchased Anova Sous Vide as a gift to our selves, including the vacuum sealer. Don’t waste your money on the vacuum sealer. It half works and now I get no power to the product. I tried to contact WS and they are telling me I’m out of my 30 day return period and that I now have to contact Anova. Translation; thank you for spending your money but your time is up! It’s been less than 3 months and I’m now getting the run around. I will never purchase from WS again, and don’t waste your time with the vacuum sealer by Anova. You will be better off just finding a vacuum sealer on Amazon or Targets website.

Word-class cooking appliances. You won't be able to find cheap items here. Everything is high quality and the staffs are very knowledgeable about all the items that they are selling. The person very well explained about the cooking pan and its features.

I could not be more ashamed of the sales associates here. The last time I was in this store, the middle-aged female associate was acting fearful and in a way that my presence (petite 5’2” slender Indian female with a warm personality and experience in customer service myself) was making her uncomfortable when all I said to her was “no thanks” when she asked if I needed help. It was in the way she spoke and behaved that leads me to write this review. She then rushed me out of the store in her most ‘sales’ like way. I was so disgusted. What gives you the right to treat innocent customers this way?Your store needs to train your associates to not discriminate. It is a joke that something like this even has to be taught. I really do feel bad for people like your sales associate, you are living in a mental prison.
