Honest and fair. I will definitely continue using D&W for any future fireplace servicing. I had them inspect my fireplace last year, and I called back this year with a question about my gas fireplace and they were more than happy to answer over the phone and help me resolve my issue. Would absolutely recommend them.

I had the owner come out to repair my gas fireplace. He took apart my system and was lighting it on my brand new laminate floors. It caught fire and burnt my floor. He refused to take blame for it even though I have pictures and video of it happening. He told me the burn was always there and then refused to finish the job for me. I will be taking him to court. Do not use this place.

We called this company after our home owners association recommended them to us. I took a day off of work to have them come and see the work on my chimney that needed to be done. They came out without a tall enough ladder. They said that what needed to be done could be accessed from the outside so they would come back in the week to complete the work and send me a bill. I have left 2 voicemails in the past 3 weeks and have not heard back from them. Would not recommend.
