I have made several purchases from Brewers Hardware and the products are top notch and very high quality. What is over the top is the customer support. Bobby and Sue were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answered my many questions. They went over and above in helping me make a critical club brew day go well. A great place to support.

Ordered a few odds and ends of stuff I needed to make hard cider. Their prices were competitive with large online retailers, and everything was ready for pickup within the timeframe listed. Pickup was quick and easy. I hope to go inside their store to browse and pick their brain about home brewing once the pandemic is over.
I did a total jerk move and put in an order on December 23rd! I had no idea what to order as this was a gift. Despite it being the day before Xmas, and being super busy and closed to in person retail, Sue (I believe her name was) took as much time as she could to help me choose my gifts!! This is now the 4th time I've purchased here and every single time it is a great experience! I never feel talked down to even though I am going in with no knowledge. They even make sure I don't purchase things I do not need and have helped me with flavors of beer to choose for the kits as gifts!! A business no matter who I've dealt with!!
This is a great place for home brewers! The staff are all great people. They know their stuff and are extremely helpful! And they usually have everything I need.
Although I have never visited in person, I have done online business with them as well as spoken with them over the phone. They have great products with awesome support and their customer service is TOP NOTCH. If they are this good to me from a few states away, I can't imagine how nice it would be to shop them in person. To those of you needing a LHBS (Local Home Brew Store) in NJ... count yourself fortunate to have them!
