Mike was very quick in responding and came to my home within a week to tune my piano, which I have not had tuned since I bought it 10-11 years ago. He was very professional, took the time to explain what he was doing and used his experience and technology to tune my piano. He explained how I should go about tuning it in the future and explained in the end how much of a difference it was, which I could hear. He explained prices before he started and left me with a receipt and vacuumed the inside of my piano. He was done in an hour or so and it was overall good service.
