Trying to remember why I came here but didn't have tents that's what I was looking for but the staff and people that were working here were super friendly that I wish they would have had what I needed because they were such good people and good customer serve service and very friendly oriented.

STAY AWAY! Such horrible customer service! When I first picked up the chairs I spoke with Angelica, she was nice and was explaining drop off time and what time they closed that day which was at 12:30 pm, i was content with their service some man loaded my car and I was off! Call me stupid for not inspecting the chairs, but you would think they chairs would have been wiped down from the previous party and all rubber stoppers that come with the chairs would be intact. No! None of the above! I had 25 people coming over and it was already 1 pm. I went to take back the chairs today because of the long weekend. I told her how unhappy I was with the quality of their chairs. She said \well maybe you should inspected the chairs before we put them in your car.\ Right then and there I was done! Our car was already parked in the back waiting for them to take out their chairs, just as they had put them in. Angelica and the older woman did not come out to collect their chairs buy they sure as he'll took my money. So I had to open the back door for them to realize that the chairs were waiting for them in my car. I asked if he was gonna come unload and she says! No he did that as a FAVOR! I could not believe she just said That! Is he not an employee! Like as if I didn't pay for a service! So we left their chairs in their parking lot! Never again! F*** this place!

I have used this place a before. I usually rent from them about 5 times a year. Either for parties or holidays. Usually have no issue and inexpensive. Today was a different story. I had my niece wait for the delivery as of 930am since they told me that they would deliver from 10am - noon. At 4pm the table and chairs were still not delivered. I went to the store and the owner (at least I think that she was) had no customer service skills what so ever. That is when she told me that the drivers had an accident this morning and had to fill out a police report. That everything was out of her hands. That is when I told her that if she would have called saying that that there was an accident that the delivery was going to be delayed. I would have been understand. She told me that I wasn't the only customer that was upset. I told her that since I had to come down out of my day. Which I didn't have time for. That she should give me some kind of a discount. She refused to. I told her that I was going to let people know how bad the customer service is. She had the delivery guys that had just dropped off the tables to turn around to pick them up. Then refused to refund me since I didn't have my receipt on me. It was at the house. Then on top of that I was suppose to get 30 beige chairs. I got 28 chairs all different colors.
I just wanted to write and say thank you for making our wedding so special. We had a fabulous party and everything you provided was perfect. It was a real pleasure working with you guys and I would recommend you to anyone with high accolades! I appreciate that very much. Thanks again!
