The Rose Hills experience I received was not stellar. There were a number of things Rose Hills dropped the ball on in preparation for my husband's services. Despite providing specific instructions, photos & requests, I had to contact Rose Hills several times the day before my husband's service and after! They failed to have my husband ready for my personal viewing appointment that had been set WEEKS prior. When I finally got to see my husband, he was unshaven despite clearly requesting he be shaven & providing photos for reference! At the service. I was handed an envelope that was supposed to have my husband's hair clippings & fingerprints. The fingerprints were missing! I once again had to call & email Rose Hills to let them know they had misplaced my husband's fingerprints. I did receive the fingerprints in digital & physical form, but the physical prints are unlabeled. For the amount of money, I paid for my husband's services NONE of this should have happened! Rose Hills needs to give our deceased loved ones the care, attention & respect they deserve. I understand Rose Hills employees are doing the best they can during the pandemic but things like this makes me feel like he was just another number to you.

We have been going to this cemetery for about 32 years now. We clean and maintain 6 family stones. We constantly have to complain about the lawn being dry. But what's worse is the horrible job they do with the weed whackers. See for yourself in the pic's posted. I had a few conversations with the mgr and I don't get the lack of attention given to the work. I'm generally not a complainer but these stones may not matter to them but these are our family members. I hope things get better going forward.
Because of COVID, everything is backed-up and moving very slowly! Our loved one went to Jesus December 21, 2020. Our second phone call from Rose Hills wasn't until January 17th! BUT, when the representative called she was so compassionate, helpful and patient. I think our conversation lasted almost 2 hours! She helped us take care of all of the \legal stuff\ and all of the final arrangements. When we went to pick up the urn, everything went very smoothly. The staff was efficient, kind and compassionate. We're very thankful for Rose Hills Mortuary!
Rose Hills staff were wonderful, compassionate, kind, sincere and first rate in helping us arrange for my Mother's funeral. We couldn't have asked for a better funeral director than Shannice. Service above and beyond what we expected to receive. No wonder they're so widely used. They made a very difficult time as easy as possible for us. We are forever grateful for their professionalism and courtesy.
First of all, the memorial park was beautiful. My father was the first member of the family to pass away. Without any prior experience, I did not know what to do at that time. Luckily, I met the sales consultant Miss Cecilia Chan in the City of Industry office. Miss Chan was very kind and attentive. She helped us select a plot and arranged the service. Throughout the process, she was there for everything. She always responded when I called. On the day of the burial, she even came to the service to help. Later she also helped me select a plot for my own preplanning. When I told her about my autopayment issue, she even coordinated with the accounting dept to solve all my problems. I am very happy with the service that Rose Hills and Miss Cecilia Chan provided.
