I came to the Royal Fox team because I just bought a car and wasn’t happy with what my previous insurance offered. Marlon worked to meet me at my availability. We met for about 2 hours because Marlon took the time to explain everything I need to know about selecting auto insurance. It seriously was like an auto insurance 101 crash course. He answered every question I had and reiterated there was no such thing as a dumb question. He also made sure to use a lot of metaphors so I can understand. For example, comparing the different insurance offices to fast food places really made it a much simpler concept. I was intimidated when I called in but I left feeling like I can contact Marlon comfortably with all my insurance needs. I highly recommend Marlon and his team at Royal Fox for insurance needs.
