After being injured in an auto accident, I was referred by someone to hire for my personal attorney Whittington and Kennedy's Law Firm. In doing so the service they offered was extremely effective. It took less than six weeks to get settled out of court and back on to my life.I would recommend you do the same and don't hesitate if you need a good, fast and proficient attorney.

Get your price in writing. Land purchase required title search and I asked how much this would cost, because I was on a budget. Price given around 380.00. I found out later that they were planning to do the closing. I did not ask them to do that. Addt'l costs were created by the seller who was to pay this law firm himself for these extra costs and changes to be made to the property documents. Final cost per Whittington & Kennedy Law Firm: Legal services rendered for telephone communications; order Title Exam; and review of Title Examination documents 225.00. Prepaid Costs: Abstractor Title Exam 225.00 Total Cost: 450.00. I don't know what prepaid costs are or what that means. The bill is more than expected or was even told to expect. All that was done was not completely on my behalf/questionable in its entirety. I did not purchase the property they were to do the title search for. It had no septic tank, needed clearing and also included requirements that would essentially not make it my property after paying 6000.00 for a half an acre or less.
