Their website says most orders ship within 1 - 2 days. Placed an order over a week ago and status still says awaiting fulfillment and I’ve not received any indication of shipment or a tracking number. Everything I ordered showed in stock and when I placed the order and payment was accepted. I emailed the company 2 days ago and the response was “we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.” Still no word yet. They now have a message indicating delays due to Covid-19, but that was not there when the order was placed. Wish I had gone to another supplier.

Wholesale Janitorial Supply, and specifically April, did a great job getting me the products I needed. My order arrived quickly. I got exactly what I was looking for. I have been in business 25 years and I wish I had found them sooner. I will be ordering from them from now on. And, as this was my first order, April was extremely helpful. When my package arrived it contained less than 1/4 of the product that was advertised. They, refunded the full price and let me keep the product I did receive!
