Never, ever do business with these people. CROOKS! Their salespeople lie, then they will bill you for early termination fees that they can't actually prove are in their contract, and turn you in to collection when you won't pay. There are many good companies to work with. Use one of them instead.
Has anybody managed to get this company to stop charging for the hardware after it's been fully paid off after 36 months! Reena from Accounts told me that she follows the Ts&Cs and if I don't like it them then I can cancel!! This is what cellphone companies were like until they decided to grow up. And get this she was very proud of the fact that they have 17,000 other customers who are similarly tied into contracts.
I would honestly rate this company at negative stars it were possible. After two years of trying to get away form them they are still attacking my credit. I had to report them to the BBB to get results. BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET OUT FROM UNDER THEM. I contacted my credit card company to report the billing as fraud. They stopped payment.
