People were nice and overnight parking on the street. Got me in the dock before my appointment time and was loaded and gone fairly quick.

They pretty much go by appointment you can get lucky sometimes. If the gate is open can park overnight on the lot if it’s closed plenty of room on the road
Great place to load out of.I was impressed for amiericold they r great.Called told them running 15 minutes late.they were thankful uncalled got here rite into a door 45 minutes was done
If I could give this place negative stars I would. This was my 1st time here and I was the 1st truck on the property. There are no signs with any instructions anywhere on what to do when you get here. So I parked in the entrance, walked to the office door and saw that I had to go to dock door 10. Ok so I start walking, still not knowing what to do with my truck. There is no defined truck parking anywhere. Get to the door and read the sign I need a confirmation number. Ok so back to the truck I go. Upon getting close to my truck a man who works here rips out of the office and begins yelling at me at the top of his lungs I am blocking the entrance. No instruction on where to park just yelling at me. What an animal. Seriously you have to wonder where and how people are raised now a days. So I go back to the shipping office where the lady inside finally instructs me where to park. I have an easy solution for this place put up a sign that says park across from dock doors 7 thru 14. Wow, but to think it is ok to just start yelling and screaming at someone. I will never return to this place.
