I hired this company to manage my property because I had to relocate due to being in the military. As the homeowner, I was completely taken advantage of by the tenant and I hoped that the company that I entrusted to handle my property would help me but they did not. Personally, I felt like the company fought hard for the tenant and totally dismissed my needs. I am not happy with my experience with this company. If you choose to work with this company, I hope your experience is better than mine.

Cedarmills is a professional and personable management company. They advocate for both landlord and tenant to insure a fair outcome. The owner of the property I rented hired a realtor to sell the property, however in the process she attempted to bypass the management company (Cedarmills) in effort to circumnavigate my rights as a tenant. I left the rental early based on promises from this realtor which she later denied and refused to honor. When Cedarmills was notified of the issue they quickly stepped in, rectifying broken communications and launching a thorough investigation to mediate the situation. If it would not have been for the management company I would have been taken advantage of and my legal rights negated.
Very professional, and caring company. I've known the owner, as a business colleague, and have been a customer of theirs the past 2.5 years. I have to say, that they have been the best company to work with. I haven't rented in years, and was experiencing some health issues last year, that they worked with me on, in a very understanding manner. I appreciate that beyond explanation. Heather has been a true professional, who always returns calls, emails, etc., and has been a great conduit between myself, and the property owner. If I ever rent again, I will use Cedar Mills. I highly recommend them for anyone thinking about renting.
Nela and her staff have great attention to detail, follow up and are overall professionals. They are great partners to manage our assets.
